International logistics has recently reported that the situation in the Middle East is severely impacting operations. Air freight has been reduced to once a week, resulting in a backlog of goods at the port, and customers' orders may be delayed by 1–2 weeks longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
Backorders placed 15 - 29th Sep (0070): Order #171078, #171079 #171080, #171083, #171089, and #171090, are in the production process, expected to receive delivery in the 4th week of Oct.
Backorders placed 08 - 14th Sep (0069): Order #171063, #171067, #171072, #171073, #171074, and #171075, are in the production process, expected to receive delivery in the 3rdd week of Oct.
Backorders placed 28th Aug - 05th Sep (0068): Order #171039, #171040, #171043, #171044, #171045, #171051, and #171052, arrived on Friday 02nd Oct, customer will receive delivery within 2 businss days.
Backorders placed 20th - 26th Aug (0067): Order #171007, delivery booked on Friday 2nd Oct; Order #171008, #171013, #171017, #171019, and #170975 delivery booked on 06th Oct, customer will receive delivery within 2 days.
Backorders placed 11st - 19nd Aug (0066): Order #170992, #170998, #171002, and #170984, arrived at 18th Sep, and completed the delivery to customers within two days.
Backorders placed 3rd - 12nd Aug (0065): Order #170971, #170973, #170985, #170991, arrived at 14th Sep, and completed the delivery to customers within two days. For order #170975, we are investigating with OEM finding out the reason of delaying.
Reminder: If you can NOT wait, please AVOID placing a barorder when you urgently need the battery for your devices. Due to shipping and customs clearance resirictions on lithium battery imports, it costs the leadtime 3 - 6 weeks we will need to deliver your Backorders.

Confirm the Original Battery Part Number/Model Number:This is the most important step! The list of compatible devices on our website fully cover all part/model numbers, verify the model number of your original battery appears in our product description.
Power Capacity - Our battery options come in two varieties:
- Slightly Higher Capacity: Batteries with item numbers ending in "SL" may offer a capacity that is slightly higher than your original battery.
- Much Higher Capacity: For significantly increased performance, our "extra long" technology is utilized in batteries with item numbers ending in "XL," providing a longer-lasting power than yor original battery.
Check Dimensions and Connector Type: Ensure the dimensions, connector/plug type, or contact positions match your original battery for a proper fit.
Confirm Voltage Compatibility: Check that the voltage shown in the product details is similar to your original battery's voltage. A slight difference is acceptable.
We strongly recommend opening the device to confirm the battery model inside. Some devices may support more than one compatible battery model, so taking a moment to double-check is essential.
