We will book the delivery within the same day when the payment is received; Our delivery service is depended on 3rd party courier service provider, but customer usually will receive our products within 2 working days nationwide.
Q3: Can Deliver International Orders?
We do not ship outside of our borders at this time; however, international buyers can request to deliver the products to a designated address in South Africa first and forward the products to your destination through personnel, 3rd party post services, or professional freight forward agent. Our customer service team may assist to arrange the services for free of charge as well in case customer needs such support, we will report customer the additional international shipment fees which is charged by 3rd party service provider.

This warranty does not extend to damage which occurs in shipment, or due to the use of parts & accessories which are not supplied by our company Cameron Sino Technology Limited., nor failure application which results from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, alternation, improper installation or maintenance.

ALL Cameron Sino manufactures products will enclose an Anti-Counterfeit Security Label, Each ACS label generate a unique digital code with fixed length consisting of 0-9 as anti-counterfeit code for each product. Customer may verify his/her battery using the 16-digital verification code for verification.
Q14: Does the use of a quick charger harm the battery in tong term?
The use of a quick charger has no detrimental effect on the battery life.
The battery and charger are intelligently connected during the entire charge process. Both components jontly determine the optimum charge process and are monitored by the battery management system. The avoid the cells in the battery being damaged by excessively high charge currents and temperatures.

A new laptop battery must be conditioned to operate at its full capacity. Our products are shipped in a discharged state and must be fully charged and partially discharged at least five times in order to reach its full run time.
